They would have covered maybe a fourth of the container lid. Granted, this part of romaine is full of water and fiber but it has no flavor. All of the nutrients are in the dark green leafs. Good lettuce is not hard or expensive to provide in a salad. The Baba Ghannoug was very good-creamy with the right amount of tang and spice. Would have been nice to have 2 servings of pita bread; one was not enough for sharing with my friend. Better quality lettuce and one more piece of bread would bring this review up to 5 stars.
