All three times, the pizza came cold and I had to reheat it at home after waiting a long time. The pizza ingredients are dismal. The "bacon" is a scant 4 tiny pieces and the mozzarella is super thin. Paper thin, cold pizza with a bunch of tomato sauce for 35$? No thank you. Not ordering again until ingredients match the price tag. "

Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their pizzas. The last few that have arrived from them have been either undercooked or soggy.
This last order of Super Hawaiian (Large 16"), the paper was stuck to the bottom of the pizza and the entire bottom crust of the pizza had to be taken off prior to eating. While the pizza was still tasty, this definitely took away from the experience.

"This was my third or fourth order, might be my last, as the portion size, quality, and taste has been increasingly worse each time.
As you should be able to see in the photo, the pesto bread was overcooked and quite dry. The Chicken Parmesan was a medium plain (not breaded at all) chicken breast with a spoon of sauce and a sprinkling of what tasted/felt like pre-shredded, restaurant supply Parmesan melted onto it; and both it and the modest amount of penne under it were under-seasoned.
Trying to describe what's amiss, I came up with that there isn't any love in the food - it could be from a novice cook or an industrial cafeteria just trying to get food on plates. It is now seemingly just slapped together without care for actual good flavor or signs of effort being present. I like supporting smaller businesses, and it's a bummer this one has taken a turn."
