The first thing I taste is the freshness — high-quality ingredients that are impossible to miss and deeply appreciated. The second thing I noticed was the salt — not enough to complain about, but enough to notice. I would’ve loved a bit more fresh herbs or seasoning, but it’s still full of that natural, organic flavor that feels clean and comforting. This spaghetti is good — solid, thoughtful, and clearly made with care. I won’t crave it, but I’ll absolutely be back to try more from the menu.
