"We like BJ's Brewhouse but the quality over the lat year has dropped drastically. First the Brewhouse Sampler came with out the pretzel and the cheese was curdled. That along with the fact that there were about 8 chips is wrong when you pay 17.95 for this. Second both the dishes with tri-tip were over and tough. I ordered medium ( option was medium , medium well and well ). What I got was well or past well very tough. The other order of BJ'Brewhouse Bowl With TriTip wax also overcooked and tough. "I've enjoyed Shake Shack for years, but as time goes on, their quality and value just continues to decline. My food arrived cold and my milkshake almost completely melted. They never send ketchup, period. The Fries have always needed more salt. The Chicken Shack doesn't seem to have much, if any, seasoning. If, like me, you don't like mayonnaise, it is baffling that they have never offered the option of honey mustard or any other sauce. As a final straw for me, the Fountain Soda that they charge FIVE DOLLARS for, and the Cookies and Cream Shake they charge more than EIGHT DOLLARS for, were only 3/4s full. "This is cheap food. Pizza is fine but they skimp on the toppings big time. I ordered Greek Salad with tatziki and they amount of dressing they give is enough for one bite. About 1 oz. The $11 salad is also an absolute travesty. Wilted lettuce and not enough ingredients to justify the price. Would not order from here again."

"I give 5 stars to the pizza! Always delicious. I ordered a sub and it barely had any meat. As in I had to remove lettuce. It was mostly lettuce, which felt like a scam given the price. I tried the dessert and got a piece of frozen carrot cake. I would only order pizza from here. The reason I dropped stars was because of all the fees and food price, you would think I could get an unfrozen piece of cake for $5. The cake was also very small and fits in the palm of your hand. It should be 2.99 Otherwise, the pizza is always delicious! "
