The pickled red onions were especially yummy, with sort of a soft texture but not too strong of a vinegar taste that it overpowered the other flavors . The hollandaise sauce is creamy and thin. The Side Gorgonzola Fries are waffle fries with a thin, creamy gorgonzola sauce. Sometimes I don't like gorgonzola if it's too pungent, but this sauce is good! Salad unfortunately was a bagged salad you could tell but was not bad. The Alfredo had good flavor but was a bit watery and the pasta could have used a bit more salt.
