"Wowzers!! The Plato Combinado had one of the best cheese enchiladas I've ever had. The taco sitting on top of the lettuce and cheese made it very soggy, so maybe wrapping it in aluminum foil or parchment paper could help avoid that. Even so, still delicious! The tamal was spot on and all of the meats were seasoned perfectly. The Fajitas were also fantastic! The Tres Leches Cake looked dry but once I tried it I realized it was moist.
