Upon speaking to him, he outright blamed me, the customer, for not picking up order sooner even though the app still an hour and a half later showed the store is still preparing the order. When I let him know I would never again spend money at any Carl's Jr., his response was "sorry to hear that." Nearly two hours later app still showing preparing order. "
