There is a little heat from the sauce and the textures of the slaw and crispy bacon were a great balance to the other ingredients. English muffin was perfectly toasted (not too much). Recommend eating with the paper around it to keep all the yummy flavors in. Otherwise, it might be a little messy to eat. I will be craving this sandwich lots in the future, I can already tell. Can't wait to try the other items too! Hashbrowns were surprisingly flavorful, great seasoning, didn't even think about ketchup or hot sauce which I often need to give hash browns elsewhere flavor.
