Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for. Also, the Garlic rolls, I guess that's on me, I tight thought they meant like garlic knots but no they literally mean rolls and the driest garlic knots but no they literally mean rolls and the driest hardest Garlic rolls. Regret spending the $6, they have no taste at all."
