No commmunication that you can't get pickup orders through the drive thru and instead of accommodating me the one time since I did not know that, I had to pull out of the drive thru after waiting forever, get my sleeping baby out of the car to go inside and grab my order only to find out they left the cheese curds out. The drink carrier doesn't hold the smaller cups very well so they fell out of the carrier in the parking lot. I had to go back inside to get the cheese curds and new drinks. When they gave me the cheese curds, they only filled up half the cup and they were overcooked. For the price of their menu, I feel they can up their customer service a bit. If unsure how to do that, here is what should have happened... the order should have been given to me in the drive thru with the understanding I know for next time. Also, it would be good to communicate that to all customers placing pickup orders at the time of placing orders so they can be prepared. Last, fill up the cheese curds cups all the way. Hope this helps them improve! "
