It came with four slices of toasted Italian bread. The meatballs themselves were perfect- not dense, flavorful, delicious. Just like my (Italian) dad makes. As an amazing bonus, they gifted me a pice of tiramisu also! I have no idea why they did that and I doubt they do that for everyone so don't get your hopes up that you'll also get free tiramisu. But it put such a smile on my face. And it's PERFECT tiramisu!
