"The birria tacos were incredibly delicious! The consommé was smoky, slightly spicy and the tacos themselves were packed with flavour! The cheese, the little sweet onion pieces to give it that slight sweetness is something I'll remember next time I want to DoorDash Mexican again!
The enchilada was full of flavour also. The grilled chicken itself was smothered in delicious seasoning and the top of the enchilada was smothered in sauces. It could have done with a bit more cheese and the rice and salsa was lacking something but im not sure what.

"I've seen the Cornutopia food van around nearby and looks good, wanted to try them for a while and they turned out to be *absolutely delicious*. Amongst the best Tacos I've ever had in my life, probably the best actually, *really*, really good to my tastes. The salsa and guacamole on the Corn Chips were fresh and delicious as were the chips themselves. Just to be clear, unlike the Uber Eats rating system, anything less than 5 stars doesn't mean I was dissatisfied with anything, I wasn't. Actually on that note I would rate them 4.75/5, excellent."

"GET THE FISH BURRITO! If you're a big hungry boy, you can add a side of chips. At first glance, the chips come in an unassuming brown paper bag, but biting into one I was transported of my first time trying el-macca's seasoning on chips (you know the one where you would tear open the satchet and pour into a bag with your fries and shake em around?). "The chicken burrito was pretty disappointing unfortunately — it lacked flavour and honestly tasted more like a basic cheap chicken wrap than a proper burrito. The sauces were also a bit bland, although the chili sauce was definitely the best out of them and added some much needed flavour.
On the positive side, the corn chips were really good and the portion sizes overall were generous. The standout item by far was the corn — absolutely incredible, easily 10/10, and I’d definitely order that again.

Food is beautiful to look at and tasty as hell, packed with flavour and crunchy where it should be and sweet (or spicy!) right where it needs to be.
My only feedback is on something that almost no other stores will ever run into- The sauce selection lol. Because it's so large I'd LOVE a 'chefs choice/pick' option for the sauces as somedays that work-based decision fatigue is at it's maximum. That's literally the only thing and its not even to do with the food itself!
