The special house sushi (uramaki) rolls are well-balanced and not too heavy on the rice (so you dont feel overstuffed afterward). Unfortunately the selection of creative rolls is limited for us because my husband doesn't like salmon and I don't like how sriracha overpowers all flavors. So my fave is Bonsai, husband's is the scallop Bad Boy, and my toddler likes the King's Roll. I hope they change up their menu in the future with less spicy sauce. I am impressed with the chirashi and sashimi! I think the maguro and hamachi (tuna and yellowtail) are great quality and has a nice texture. Also their escolar and sake sashimi are very good. "
