The slaw was not cold but not surprising given the heat & it was still tasty as theirs always is. I've ordered from Parky's many times but never had the dipper fries. They're so delicious! They did get a little soft & chewy but it's because they got cold because I took my time savoring it all, especially THE FISH. oh.my.word. It's pangasius, an Asian catfish (had to look it up). I expected the breading, as with most fried fish, to be hard/crunchy and not too flavorful. I was WRONG, most pleasantly so! The hushpuppy breading was delicious and that fish just melted in my mouth! Yet it didn't flake or fall apart. As much as I wanted to keep eating, I'm full & am gonna devour the rest later. Oh, a reviewer on DoorDash app mentioned their lemonade, so I got some with strawberry. Soooo good! Shout-out to Parky's and to my Dasher Scott for jobs well done!"
