"Love their subs; salads could be a bit larger for price. Staff needs to get act together; called to add forgotten item & man who answered said order not received because past allowed order time; DoorDash customer service called (after I called them to make certain order was refunded) and Milano's told DoorDash order was ready for pick-up!"

"The tiramisu was $9 and they gave me what looks like 1/4 piece of serving and chopped it up with a utensil to make it look like more? They also wrapped my sandwich with the foil in the cheese and steak so I am pulling tin foil out. It tastes good but food is too expensive esp on DoorDash to be playing with people's food. I'll order in restaurant instead of on DD next time."
