"I was so hopeful. The reviews were mixed online, so I tried them out. Unfortunately, Buddy's Meat Lovers Pizza didn't work for me. The crust was a great thickness, didn't fall apart and edible, but that's the only highlight. The sauce was unseasoned and wasn't more than a thin red sauce camouflaged by a VERY thick layer of cheap, bland cheese that was suffocating to get down. On top of the choke me cheese was a stingy splat of meat bits. Because there was so little meat on the meat lover's pizza, I couldn't tell if the meat was also flavorless or if the choke me cheese drowned out the salt from the meat. This was an extremely disappointing purchase and an extreme waste of the upcharge associated with ordering through door dash. Buddy's did not earn my dollars and I won't be back. My go-to artisan pizza joint changed management and started selling under sized, sugar sauce, pizza. This 2 year hunt for a new go-to is a trash experience. Good pizza makers, apparently, have all retired. 😫"
