"This is the 3rd order in a row that the untoasted bagel that I got was very dark and the everything seasoning that was on top was burnt. It had to have been baked too long because I didn't have it toasted. It was also dry. The employee should have noticed it when they sliced it and put it in the bag. The iced coffee that I order has been good up until today's. Today it was very dark to the point of being bitter. I specified how many creams and sugar that I wanted as always but that wasn't what I received. If I had transportation I would have returned it. Hopefully maybe these mistakes aren't ongoing and maybe because it's a new store and it looks like there was a lapse in training new employees. "The 15-Layer Lasagne is so good. Perfect amount of cheese, pasta, meat and sauce. The Cheese Ravioli was a small portion for what it costs- I only got 5 raviolis and one had nothing in it because it looks like it busted open on the side. The add on of sausage and meatballs for $5 is the only thing that saved the ravioli dish. I have tried about 1/3 of their whole menu and the Cheese Ravioli is my least favorite and the 15-Layer Lasagne is by far there best dish. I don't get any today but their desserts are some of the best around."
