"I was so tired of having to go to Richmond to get some authentic African food and I no longer have to. It arrived fresh and hot in an aluminium pan larger than my head. I ordered the Jollof rice combo with chicken and side plantains and it was so well seasoned. The price for the amount of food is hard to beat. Please never change, you're now my favorite place!! "

"I have been wanting to try African cuisine for a very long time. The Eru stew with chicken and boiled eggs side rice smelled SO delicious. The taste was very nice but a bit salty for me. I got a mild headache, but I do have HBP. Again, this is my 1st time so I have no point of reference. I would still recommend this dish because it's tasty. The Thiakry/Degue (Sweet) is not for me. It reminded me of a runny yogurt. I do enjoy trying new things but am not a fan of yogurt. If that's your jam, you'll really enjoy this dish. The Donkwa/Kayan experience is like eating a peanut flavored chalk/sawdust combo. I advise you have a beverage nearby & take small bites so you don't choke. The flavor is good, & there's a surprise hit of heat on the back end. I highly recommend! Now that I know what to expect, I'll be better prepared next time. My Fufu was actually accidentally left out of my order, but the lady was SUPER nice! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
