The Snow Crab Meat Gunkan, the crab meat tasted like the tinned crab meat you get at the grocery store, had the consistency of canned tuna. The Albacore Toro "Bintoro"* was just ok. The Yuzu Jalapeno Sweet Shrimp* had a delicious yet very subtle citrus flavor that made it lovely. The American Wagyu Gunkan* ..... I don't think it was wagyu, it was way overcooked and underwhelming. The Negitoro Hand Roll* was like a patè, taste was good but both hand rolls were very loose and fell apart. the Crispy Rice with Spicy Salmon* was good as well, nothing remarkable.
