"Okay, so upfront—this place is really good. I’m not out here handing out fake praise for every taco I try. I’m just another Mexican out here with a serious love for tacos and cravings that hit hard at 10pm—and I gotta say, this spot delivered. The quesabirria taco was bomb. Crispy, cheesy, juicy, and that consomé? Tasty! Same with the carnitas taco—shockingly good. I’m not even a huge carnitas lover, but this one? Soft, seasoned, flavorful. They did it right. Now, this place is definitely going on the list of spots for legit Mexican-style tacos. I’m picky, especially with meat, and if you know me, you know I check my tacos before I even take a bite. I literally scan for fat and gristly pieces, and I can tell you—besides the al pastor, which wasn’t my favorite and had a few of those fatty bites—the rest was super clean. Minimal fat, nice texture, and you can see in the photos: my plates are basically empty except for those tiny bits. That says something. So why not a 5 out of 5? Because while it was delicious and totally hit the spot....it wasn’t mind-blowing. I reserve that 5-star status for the spots that leave me shook! "Me-n-Ed's Pizzeria is our favorite pizza, a little on the pricey side, but it's really the best crust. The crust was flaky and crunchy with the tomato sauce full of flavor that compliments the toppings. The bbq wings are flavorful and actually have meat on their bones, many places don't have good wings anymore, but they are on the pricier side. The garlic bread is always delicious, but I asked for red sauce in place of a ranch that we purchased because you can't order red sauce for some reason here on DoorDash, but they misunderstood the request and made our garlic bread with red sauce, but that was ok. 2 ltr of sodas are expensive, but I am noticing businesses are increasing prices to cover the cost of doing business with delivery services...it is what it is. I recommend this location if you want true California style pizza and it's a lot quicker than through their own app or calling the restaurant. Well worth the added costs and remember to tip your driver well, they are trying to earn a living, off set finances and are putting wear and tear on their vehicles to make it easier for us. I was a driver back in the day and I know what it's like to work your butt off for a 50 cent tip when gas was $4+ a gallon with needing new brakes and tires more often or even having vehicle problems and then not being able to afford repairs because you weren't paid adequately.
