And, they didn't shed any grease. Everyone liked everything. That's a first. I was going to offer to warm things but they were already enjoying & said no, it's great. They liked it so much that they shared with pride. We imagine, it's even better at the restaurant. I had thought/hoped they try something different. But, I never expected everyone to enjoy all of it much less as much. I didn't expect the meat to stay so tender & moist either. And, the iceberg to look so nice. Even the baked potato was excellent. It wasn't just full of salt like others. Given the price we didn't expect a big potato but but, it was excellent, like everything else. It was cooked soft and creamy inside yet a lovely outside skin & a slight smokey touch. The sauces included on the sides were nice tasty surprises. We have no complaints. Thank you for caring & making sure it shows. This leaves us with an excellent reflection of this place. We truly appreciate it. "
