The chicken has really good flavor and is not rubbery like it was frozen or cooked incorrectly. it's very tender! I don't like sushi, I asked for an avocado roll, but they didn't meet that concern. I understand not doing substitutions, but I did not partake in the California roll so I cannot review that part of the bento box. i would definitely order again now knowing the expectation."
