I did not detect a heavy presence of mayonnaise or celery. It was so light I almost thought they just used butter. But the flavor was the highlight of the roll. the light dressing allowed the lobster to really shine through, and I appreciated that. My one complaint is that there was a pretty big piece of shell that was left in the sandwich. I am so glad I caught it because something that big could do a lot of damage internally. So the lobster roll gets a 8.5 out of 10 due to the shell. the Garlic fries were nothing special to write home about. They were crispy, but I could have used more garlic coverage on them.
