The resaurant called me to say they didn't have any of the doughnuts I requested. So they wanted to cancel my order. Which I just asked for whatever they might have instead. She didnt say thankyou or goodbye. She just hung up on me.. great customer service right there. Scottys hasnt been great for a while. Their food isnt great. For comparison, the only burritos I’ve ever really rated are from Don Chuy’s in the Excelsior and Breakfast Little in the Mission—both hella good. Anita’s is right up there, just bigger.
