"I always have wonderful service and never have any complaints about this Starbucks . However today for my Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte forgot to add the brown sugar syrup to my drink which was an additional 1$ to my order, you can tell they used whole milk instead of oatmilk (I have a dairy intolerance) which was another 1.80$, and then instead of using the white drink stopper they used a bakery sticker so now the mouth piece of my cup is sticky and covered in paper :/ . Still giving a 4 stars because you guys are always amazing besides today. "
