"Cafe 126 is a classic. Everytime I order this skillet, it never fails. They ALWAYS accomadate to special asks I may have. It's absolutely delicious and packed with flavor! The generous slices of fresh avocado (in replacement of gravy) add a creamy, rich texture that balances out the heartiness of the dish. The combination of scrambled eggs, diced ham, onions, and green bell peppers gives it a perfect mix of savory flavors, and the melted cheddar cheese on top adds a satisfying, gooey finish. The potatoes at the bottom are perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crispiness to contrast with the other ingredients. This is a hearty, flavorful, and satisfying meal—perfect for breakfast or brunch!"

"I was craving a French dip and discovered it is on the menu at Cafe 126, new to Doordash. Along with the French dip on a French roll they offer several sides such as French fries, sweet potato fries, fruit, coleslaw, etc so I opted for the slaw. The meal was well packaged. I had requested the Au Jus on the side so it wouldn't soak through everything. Anyway I was a tad disappointed that the roast beef looked very dry, but once the Au Jus was added it turned out to be very tasty. The coleslaw looked homemade and it was really moist and yummy. I enjoyed this lunch and may decide to eat there in person perhaps for breakfast as their breakfast menu looks excellent."
