"Was traveling through Hays and discovered this gem! I ended up getting it delivered to my hotel, but even so it was still hot when it got here. Everything was delicious and I was happy to get full servings and plenty of chips to go with the queso and chorizo. The Ross vieja is a good solo plate. While it may not have as much sauce/marinade as im used to, the beef was still quite tender and delicious with the salsa. Definitely keeping them in mind next time I come through the area."
