"I nearly deducted 1 star as I did shell out a decent amount on this order and it's first time ordering from this establishment (location-wise). As stated: the almost-deduction is due to a few things I requested not being available. I wanted to try one of their Coffee Muffins and rolls, but was told by my delivery driver that they were out. I did receive a message and email with that explanation. I gave it 5 stars because of the updates as these issues arose, and I was informed a refund would be happening. Additionally, they even included extra donuts and did their best to make up for the issues. I just wish the app informed of this beforehand. However, regardless, I can't say much to the donuts I received as I didn't much have a taste for those. But I ate some to avoid waste and those were decent. Not to my liking as it's not flavors I have interest in, but good for others who might be into them. I'm referring to the classic donuts: the sprinkles ones were bad, nor the glazed chocolate. I can say the same for the donuts holes as well. I particularly liked the blueberry glazed; and to a lesser extent, the chocolate glazed. The hash browns tasted a pretty bad. They seemed a bit burnt-like and tasted like it, so I don’t think I’ll get those again. The bagel sandwich I order is a me-issue I think, because I don’t much like bagels, but usually they’re firmer. This one was a bit on the mushy side. But when I ate just the egg, cheese, and bacon, it was quite decent. The Maple Bacon was nice and crispy and flavored well, so no complaints there. The same can be said for my Hot Chocolate and Latte — I’ll definitely get those again. And unlike Starbucks, I can actually taste the chocolate without wanting to gag. So best hot chocolate by far, and definitely the place I’ll go when I’m in the mood for some of it."
