We pay extra for added items and they give you less than standard on the entire order. Sauce on one half the sandwich and the least amount of vegetables possible while still claiming they were put on. These custom build places feel free to skimp and under deliver when the customer isn't standing there to watch them screw it up. I would have completely disregarded Subway deliveries as an option if they weren't the only "healthy" option available in the dead of night. This is so common of a fault with their deliveries even my coworkers have begun to rant about it and said they will only eat from here if they go in person. This is probably my last delivery or pickup order from them ever. Paying double the price for a sandwich they are going to screw up, without fail...genuinely, I have not gotten a single sandwich ordered via app made correctly in over a year. Under delivery and by extension stealing money for goods under/not delivered has gotten old."

We've gotten the catfish a couple times now and this was so disappointing it's not even funny. In the pictures I put my fingers on the thickest parts of the fish and it wasnt even a 1/4 inch. Ik fish can be thin sometimes but this time every piece was thin and dry. Not enjoyable at all. For $18.50 for 3 little pieces of fish and some fries.. the fish should better be a little better quality. "
