You pick it up and it's soft to the touch. Obviously they did not fry them long enough. The Jalapeño Bites® (8 ea.) were very dark but still tasted good. The Mozzarella Sticks (6 ea.) were perfect. I still have leftovers for later. Just put them in the air fryer and all is good. Jamocha Shake was very good."
