When we finally received the delivery my daughter said the tea did not taste right and it was extremely bitter. She had to throw it out. Her dinner was also cold at this point. She has ordered this exact same tea several times from this same place and enjoyed it. I was upset about it (the tea Cost $9.97 with fees, tip, etc.) I called Toppings and told them how I felt about the whole experience, and that I was going to speak to their manager this week. After I hung up, I received a call back from them! The person asked if i just called and proceeded to tell me that they were very busy and they were all talking about an earlier power outage. The driver had already informed me that they did not appear to be busy but were standing around talking. The person who called also told me that the tea is supposed to taste like that, bitter. My daughter would not have ordered it if that was the way it was supposed to taste. Bottom line... horrible service... horrible product... and an invasive phone call. I will NEVER order from this establishment again. I gave 1 undeserved star because I wasn't sure it would take 0 stars. "
