When I eat the second half, I'll redistribute the meat more evenly toward the edges, and probably spread a bit more Thousand Island dressing on, even though that means the calorie-reduction will be smaller. The Asian Chicken Salad , otoh, is full of savory, citrus-tangy flavor and moisture without even using ANY of the ginger sauce. (I guess I'll save that for an unglazed chicken breast.)
