"Chili’s is a great alternative to your regular fast food burger joints when you need dinner on the go with your kids. Ironically, their mac & cheese gets devoured by my children all the time. It’s always nice when you pay for restaurant food that your children actually eat not just a little bit of cause that’s pretty satisfying but the entire thing?! It’s unheard of. I complimented one of the waitresses on how delicious it was that my daughter ate the entire thing and she shared with me that it’s actually craft mac & cheese (yeah I’ll leave out there spelled incorrectly on purpose). I got a decent hearty chuckle out of that one but in retrospect I wonder why all restaurants don’t just do the trustee standby and charge me for it. You can up charge me for that box o mac and I’ll happily pay because parents want their kids to be satiated. They don’t want to feed them something that somebody tried to make fancy so that they can take one bite. It’s disgusting and proceed to have a meltdown for the rest of the night until you find them something that I’ll put in their gullet and swallow. A little sweet and savory, not a very overpowering eel flavor and they were GENEROUS with the avocado which gave sucha nice creamy texture to the roll. I love the spicy tuna roll as well.
