"I should begin by saying that three items I ordered were not available: the pasta I ordered and the two desserts for my family. The store called me to tell me about the pasta and asked if I would like something different. I decided to change my order to chicken fettuccini alfredo. They didn't tell me about not having the desserts I ordered when on the phone with me, and I only found out when we didn't receive them and I saw that they had refunded me on the receipt. My son enjoyed his chicken tenders and the garlic bread that came with my fettuccini was great, but my pasta was awful. The noodles were so over-cooked that they were basically watery mush in my mouth. The chicken on top tasted okay, but I couldn't eat the pasta at all. The bacon cheese fries were okay, but be aware that they will use the yellow, goopy gas station-ish cheese instead of the melted mozzarella that is in the picture. I am disappointed that they would have multiple menu items that were unavailable on their door dash menu, and wish they had been more upfront while on the phone (and on their door dash menu pictures) with me about what I would actually be receiving with my order."

"Portions are enough to justify price. The bulgogi bowl is huge, I was expecting more of longer strips but it's shredded and blends in with the rice. The Mexican crispy chicken sandwich also had a huge chicken patty, very fresh, crispy and some heat with the chipotle mayo. The Mexican fries however I wish had an option for the sauce to come on the side. I didn't know the fries were tossed in a sauce, which gives a soggy mouth feel and I prefer crispy fries. All in all, I would order again and find some personal favorites on the menu and try different bulgogi bowl combinations or even the quesadilla."

Not sure if Jersey Mikes changed the type of containers they use for their sub bowls. It appears they are larger making it look like theres very little food in the bowl. In the past, the sub ingredients filled the bowl entirely and it would be on a bed of shredded lettuce. So again, not sure if containers were changed and the amount of sub ingredients has decreased.
