They were clearly not fresh—tough, dry around the edges, and had the texture of something that had been sitting out too long before being served. Reheating didn’t help; they lacked the softness and warmth that fresh tortillas should have. The asada itself was dry and underseasoned, and whatever flavor it had was overpowered by the same burnt undertone that ran through the entire plate. Overall, the food tasted like it had been carelessly prepared, with little attention to freshness or basic kitchen hygiene. The experience was disappointing from the first bite to the last."
