The only slight let down was the golden mountain Golden Mountain Beef. We've had the Golden Mountain Chicken at other PC restaurants and it works better as chicken. The texture of some, but not all, of the pieces of the beef was stringy and a little dry. Over all it was a wonderful meal and we will order again!"
