"This store went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my food. I order from Crepe Factory when I've had a long day or when I need a treat. My go-to is a strawberry Nutella crepe and a peach passionfruit tea lemonade (although I often get more than that) and it's always delicious. this last time I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I also accidentally called the wrong location at first so when I called them they had already made the one I ordered by accident. Still, they said it was okay, that they'd make the one I wanted and they even asked if I wanted powdered sugar. My day was going really poorly but their kindness made it so much better, and the food was the cherry on top! Thank you for being good people :)"
