Last night I wasted $80 on dry fry batter. Fried Crab Claws - sometimes they come wet with extra butter sauce at the bottom, sometimes they come dry.. always have to have the sauce. Ocean Perch - last time this was a thick juicy fish steak tender. last night, the cut was barely thicker than the skin. it was like eating just the fry batter. Large Shrimp - these have all the flavor, and could have been a lot more awesome with cocktail or tartar. even a lemon... was going to dip them in the cole slaw sauce cup (I cannot stress to you how small the sides are) but they were out.
