"Was prepared the most meager "meatball" sub (couldn't even finish it)---after opening the 2nd half of the sub, there were maybe 4 dried out *pieces* of cut up meatball poorly distributed in a pool of sauce and melted cheese. I took a photo and reached out to the restaurant, who spent more effort justifying that this was due to their supplier sending them BIGGER meatballs than wanting to rectify the order. From the owner: "We normally use eight 1/2 oz meatballs on the Pepsi's normal meatball sub. Our supplier did run out of the normal product and sent us 1oz meatballs. We chopped them like we used to many years ago...Sorry you didn't like this change.". They've since stopped responding and I'm pretty dissatisfied with how this was handled. Chopped up meat was not my issue---it was the utter LACK of meat on a MEATBALL sub."
