Rib quality was a cheap, cheap cut -- lots of membrane, dry and tough meat, any actual "ribs" (i.e. hard) were only about 1", and the rest was that 'long soft rib'/white cartilage surrounded by gelatinous membrane. Really disappointing!
Large piece of 'meat', and it took a LOT of dissecting to get rid of the parts that one would not eat. I through away a good deal of it, and the meat that was left was tough and dry.

• I am not sure if the tenders are crunchy or not because the moisture from coming inside the bread made them a little soggy.
• The fries were ROCK hard. I don't know what happened there; hopefully a blunder. They were super hard. The seasoning on the fries was great, however, and reminiscint of Mr. Beast Burger's fries; with that classic red mild seasoning.
