The types I choose were salmon, which said raw but seemed half cooked by the time it got to me, avocado and chicken. The chicken was my favorite as it was the only one that tasted like anything. There were no spices, no rice flavoring, no rice vinegar, nothing. It was bland and I can't tell why so many reviews boast about them. They are incredibly easy to make at home so I think I will just stick to that."
