"This is my favorite NEW! Caprese Sandwich from Carrabba's Sandwich Bistro. I order it often. The way it is made can vary, though. Sometimes the tomato slices are from a regular sized tomato (don't know the specifics) and sometimes the tomatoes on the NEW! Caprese Sandwich are more like cherry tomatoes. When it is made with the small tomatoes they are much more fresh and balance the other ingredients perfectly. On this order, the amount was perfect. I was disappointed with the Caesar Salad, though.
