The fried rice did seem a bit stale, but I understand how it's prepared; even then it's very flavorful! Don't get me started on the egg rolls either. Best ever; not soggy, filled well and delicious. Not sure if they're house made, but if they are, definitely try them. Egg drop soup was freshly tasting and warmed my soul after a long day at work. I will be back, but probably in person. "The fish was fresh and the rolls were a good size. The nigiri, however, was cut way too big. When I say big, one piece covers over half of my hand... It's not made to be eaten in one bite as intended for nigiri and, because it's so big, there's a LOT of rice underneath. This wouldn't be bad if it didn't have such a strong rice vinegar taste to the point it overpowers the fish instead of balancing it. I love this restaurant, but the nigiri definitely needs to be portioned smaller with the same number of pieces in a meal. Smaller pieces of fish and portions of seasoned rice would probably make this the number sushi restaurant on the west side of the coast. Yes, I would order again, but would definitely request smaller cuts. 🙂"
