The generous portion means I have enough for a light lunch the next day. The guac is chunky and never a slurry of avacado. The cilantro is just right. The problem is in the details. This is the second order I've received with no corn tortillas for the Carnitas. This is like eating fajitas without tortillas. Totally different meal without them, and it's not the meal I wanted. I always order an a la carte cheese enchilada. That enchilada is typically quite good. The enchilada sauce is perfection. Tonight the enchilada was cold. Sure, food will cool off during delivery, but the enchilada couldn't cool that much on a direct, 4 mile trip... not even if the driver had to stop for the six traffic lights between P and B and my home. I think I will order again, but I'll make sure I have corn tortillas in advance. Think I'll skip the enchilada."
