In the future might request that the tortilla chip topping also be on the side, as i didnt eat the salad until a few hours later. I opted to add quinoa to the salad, which was layered at the bottom of the bowl . Only tricky part was mixing it in with the greens without dropping leaves in the table - a totally normal problem that has nothing to do with the quality!
