"This is supposed to have 1 lb of lechon Kawali. There was less than 1 lb. They have options to choose from: soft, crunchy, extra crunchy, and burnt. I requested crunchy, and they burned my food(see the picture). The food is too hard to eat. This is not the first time they burned my lechon. I even put in the comments to please don't burn my food. It also didn't come with the sauce. What a waste of money!!! Go to Mama's kitchen im Roy. Her Filipino food is always on point. The food here horrible!!"

"This is not healthy food, so if that's what you're looking for, skip it. The "crispy" Crispy Brussels Sprouts are deep fried. Oil was pooled at the bottom. I wish it would have mentioned that ANYWHERE on the description because I purposely avoid fried foods as I get sick after a couple bites. That was an entire waste of money. The Build Your Own Bowl also came with lettuce, which was stated nowhere in the description. The rice is warm, so the lettuce was wilted. When I removed the lettuce it was about half the geography of the bowl, so you're paying for a rice salad. They also took forever to make the food. My dasher was waiting about 20 minutes at the store, with no explanation from the staff why it was taking so long. The Edamame Falafel was the only good thing that I ordered. Nothing special, just no bad surprises."

"This little restaurant inside the quilted bear in the new gate mall is a very delicious place to go sit and eat or pickup at. I had a ravioli with tomato soup and fries, and I can't decide what I liked the most. my mother had a classic and I tried a piece. It was the best grilled cheese I've ever had. The tomato soup cannot be beat, and I wish I would have bought a bigger bowl. The fries weren't crispy but were still good. The seasoning was really good, and not too overpowering. The chicken strips consisted of two small strips and we paid extra for another side of fries ( which combined was equivalent to a small fries from McDs)...so $15 for two small chicken strips and a handful of oily fries.
The Bickering Chicken Salad sandwiches were nothing like the photos. Very skimpy, very dry and bland, and very crunchy because there was a lot of apples....a good portion of it was apples. It was on small, dry bread.
Worst of all was the Banana Bread . Again, nothing like the photo. I got an end piece that was so dry and so dense, it was like tearing off and chewing on a sponge. A sponge that had been sitting next to a banana as there was minimal flavor and it is very light colored. Nasty.
I've never had food from anywhere that was all consistently terrible. Never again with this place, which I wanted to love.
