I'm Mexican and we eat a lot of spicy so I was not disappointed at all, they delivered with the heat! I ordered the Iced Caramel macchiato and picked 50%/50% and it was pretty strong, even for a frequent coffee person, I thought it was strong. Definitely will be getting the 75% sweet! Overall, it was amazing! I can't wait to get it again."

"I like their teas because it's strong. I usually buy it with no ice because i dont like my tea diluted and sometimes I don't drink it right away. When I ask for no ice they never fill the cup all the way which is frustrating because $25-$30 for 3 drinks that's 2/3 full. kind of a rip off. There was a time I would order from them 2x a week because I liked their tea that much. They don't have an option to pay more for not having ice on your drink. Id love to continue buying from them but it may just not be worth it."
