The Mama Pork Fried Rice / 妈妈卤肉炒饭 was exactly how fried rice is meant to be and surprisingly with larger pieces of meat (not the tiny pieces other restaurants tend to toss in). The Pad Thai Noodle / 泰式炒河粉 was very flavorful with a slight kick (I opted for mild) just right as I was sharing the noodles and the person I was sharing does not do well with spice. I compared these noodles to ones I tend to order from another Thai restaurant in the area and both are pretty on point. Both dishes were great portion sizes, perfect for sharing and for leftovers. Ingredients were fresh. As for the Gyoza / 饺子, these were good as well, despite being fried and delivered, they were not soggy.
