I get this a lot from other restaurants and it does not look like how they do it theirs. and other restaurants it always looks like it's glazed in teriyaki. This restaurant put the chicken on skewers and deep fry it so it tastes like fried chicken on skewers. The sticky bun was extremely small compared to what we get at the restaurant, had very little sticky at all, and it was so hard and stale, we couldn't even eat it. This restaurant clearly isn't being run by an owner that cares to keep it open any longer. Don't bother. You'll get better at literally any other locally owned breakfast or chicken joint.
