But the one I received today was a little different from what I’ve seen and from my previous orders. The lomi had a lot of sauce, and some of the usual toppings were missing—no egg and no crispy chicharon, a little pieces of fishballs (2-3pieces). I was surprised because those are usually the best parts. I did get two pieces of pork liver, which was generous, but it wasn’t something shown in the blogs or reviews or to your interviews. I’ve ordered before and really enjoyed it, so I was just a bit puzzled this time. The lomi turned out more like “saucy soy-sauce noodles.” Sir, just wondering—was there any change in the recipe or preparation today?
